1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Mention your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange for return pickup or provide further instructions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
